Exchanges, credits, and refunds are provided within 10 days after the item is received. The item must not show any signs of having been worn or used. Original packaging must be sent back with the item along with a confirmation from GLYNT for the return. Please use the refund request form here.
For a valid refund, the customer assumes the cost for returning the item. If an item arrives damaged, please send photographs immediately to us here.
GLYNT does not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
